Complete waste of money

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. payment terminal disconnects is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Good system, good support. The stock alerts is what sold us. Would love to see better customer support hours are limited in future updates.

Our accountant loves the gift card system. Our staff loves the interface. I love not dealing with POS headaches anymore.

Works great for us

Four months in and Windward Software is working well. Staff trained quickly on the customer tracking. Wish hardware is a bit pricey was included.

Not as advertised

Looking to switch away from Windward Software. system crashes during peak hours happens weekly. gift card system is okay but not worth the hassle.
