Disappointed

Save yourself the trouble. Windward Software has potential but inventory sync issues between locations and poor support make it not worth it.

Best decision for our business

Hands down the best POS for convenience store. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Windward Software. Much better fit for our needs.

Works great for us

We've been on Windward Software for 15 months. Does everything we need. employee management is great, wish the customer support hours are limited was better.

Great returns processing, decent matrix inventory. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a thrift store.

Functional but underwhelming. layaway feature sold us on Windward Software but the reality of slow transaction processing wasn't mentioned in sales.
