It works, but that's about it. customer tracking is decent. We expected more from loyalty rewards based on the demos.

Happy with our purchase. Vagaro runs our gift shop smoothly. The returns processing took some getting used to but works well now.

Highly recommend Vagaro

Hands down the best POS for retail store. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Vagaro. Much better fit for our needs.

The gift card system feature alone pays for itself. Add in time clock and it's a no-brainer for any gift shop.
