Not bad, not great

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. online ordering integration is good. integration failures with third-party apps makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Good POS for the price. tip management is excellent. Lost a star because hardware is a bit pricey needs work. Would still recommend.

We've been on Upserve for 16 months. Does everything we need. staff scheduling is great, wish the integration options are limited was better.
