Excellent POS system!
Five stars because they earned it. Been with Upserve for 3 years. Every update makes the system better.

Works great for us
Good system, good support. The menu customization is what sold us. Would love to see better reporting could be more detailed in future updates.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Upserve handles transactions fine but reports showing incorrect data is a real problem.

Finally found the right POS
Hands down the best POS for fine dining establishment. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Upserve. Much better fit for our needs.

It works, but that's about it. table management is decent. We expected more from guest profiles based on the demos.
