Mixed feelings about TouchBistro. The online ordering integration is great but we've had issues with reports showing incorrect data. Support helped eventually.

Disappointing experience with TouchBistro. The kitchen display system rarely works as advertised. payment terminal disconnects has cost us customers.

Four months in and TouchBistro is working well. Staff trained quickly on the online ordering integration. Wish customer support hours are limited was included.
