Some pros, some cons

Mixed feelings about TouchBistro. The table management is great but we've had issues with credit card processing failures. Support helped eventually.

The inventory tracking feature alone pays for itself. Add in waitlist management and it's a no-brainer for any fast casual spot.

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in menu customization. Still working out some kinks with hardware is a bit pricey.

Happy with our purchase. TouchBistro runs our pizzeria smoothly. The reservation system took some getting used to but works well now.
