Happy with TouchBistro

Happy with our purchase. TouchBistro runs our bar smoothly. The online ordering integration took some getting used to but works well now.

We use TouchBistro for our cafe. reservation system is useful. However, payment terminal disconnects has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Functional but underwhelming. menu customization sold us on TouchBistro but the reality of system crashes during peak hours wasn't mentioned in sales.
