Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, TouchBistro handles our restaurant well. reservation system is a highlight.

Good system, good support. The staff scheduling is what sold us. Would love to see better customer support hours are limited in future updates.

Complete waste of money

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. integration failures with third-party apps is apparently a known issue they won't fix.
