Two stars because it occasionally works. integration failures with third-party apps is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Looking to switch away from Toast POS. login issues for staff happens weekly. reservation system is okay but not worth the hassle.

Avoid at all costs

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. data loss after updates is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Perfect for our needs

Hands down the best POS for pizzeria. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Toast POS. Much better fit for our needs.

Mixed feelings

We use Toast POS for our sushi restaurant. table management is useful. However, inventory sync issues between locations has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.
