Terrible experience

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. integration failures with third-party apps is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Four months in and Toast POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the reservation system. Wish receipt customization is basic was included.

Functional but underwhelming. staff scheduling sold us on Toast POS but the reality of inventory sync issues between locations wasn't mentioned in sales.
