Reliable and functional

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Thrive POS handles our bar well. kitchen display system is a highlight.

- Hardware is a bit pricey
- Setup took longer than expected

Decent but frustrating

Functional but underwhelming. table management sold us on Thrive POS but the reality of system crashes during peak hours wasn't mentioned in sales.

- The mobile app needs work
- Reporting could be more detailed
- Customer support hours are limited

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in happy hour pricing. Still working out some kinks with integration options are limited.
