Decent but frustrating

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. SumUp handles transactions fine but system crashes during peak hours is a real problem.

Great system with minor issues

Four months in and SumUp is working well. Staff trained quickly on the menu customization. Wish hardware is a bit pricey was included.
