Great system with minor issues

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in inventory tracking. Still working out some kinks with setup took longer than expected.

Avoid at all costs

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. data loss after updates is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Four months in and SumUp is working well. Staff trained quickly on the kitchen display system. Wish integration options are limited was included.

We use SumUp for our fast casual spot. happy hour pricing is useful. However, reports showing incorrect data has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.
