Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in returns processing. Still working out some kinks with some features require add-ons.

Great system with minor issues
Four months in and Stripe Terminal is working well. Staff trained quickly on the customer tracking. Wish integration options are limited was included.

We've been on Stripe Terminal for 22 months. Does everything we need. employee management is great, wish the the mobile app needs work was better.

Reliable and straightforward. Not the flashiest POS but returns processing and loyalty rewards work exactly as advertised.
