Four months in and Square POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the returns processing. Wish the learning curve was steep was included.

Good POS, room to improve

Happy with our purchase. Square POS runs our smoke shop smoothly. The inventory management took some getting used to but works well now.

Worst POS ever

Avoid Square POS. payment terminal disconnects from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.

Looking to switch away from Square POS. system crashes during peak hours happens weekly. purchase orders is okay but not worth the hassle.
