Disappointing experience with Square for Coffee. The online ordering integration rarely works as advertised. data loss after updates has cost us customers.

Four months in and Square for Coffee is working well. Staff trained quickly on the staff scheduling. Wish setup took longer than expected was included.

Worst POS decision we made. credit card processing failures constantly. The happy hour pricing they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.
