Happy with Square Appointments

Happy with our purchase. Square Appointments runs our bookstore smoothly. The employee management took some getting used to but works well now.

Room for improvement

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Square Appointments handles transactions fine but payment terminal disconnects is a real problem.

One star is generous. system crashes during peak hours every single day. Going back to our old system.

Finally found the right POS

Hands down the best POS for grocery store. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Square Appointments. Much better fit for our needs.
