Does what it promises. The staff scheduling is particularly useful for our pizzeria. Minor gripes but overall satisfied.

Average POS system. Does the basics fine. menu customization works well but system crashes during peak hours has been frustrating. Considering options.

We use Simphony for our sports bar. reservation system is useful. However, system crashes during peak hours has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Complete waste of money

Avoid Simphony. inventory sync issues between locations from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.
