Good POS for the price. online ordering integration is excellent. Lost a star because reporting could be more detailed needs work. Would still recommend.

Decent but frustrating

Functional but underwhelming. table management sold us on Simphony but the reality of data loss after updates wasn't mentioned in sales.

Four months in and Simphony is working well. Staff trained quickly on the inventory tracking. Wish receipt customization is basic was included.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Simphony handles transactions fine but payment terminal disconnects is a real problem.
