We use Simphony for our sports bar. inventory tracking is useful. However, payment terminal disconnects has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

We run a busy bakery and Simphony handles everything we throw at it. Weekend rushes, happy hours, you name it. Solid system.

We've been on Simphony for 12 months. Does everything we need. staff scheduling is great, wish the some features require add-ons was better.
