Avoid at all costs

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. inventory sync issues between locations is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Been using Simphony for 24 months now and couldn't be happier. The reservation system is exactly what we needed. Staff picked it up in no time.

Good POS for the price. happy hour pricing is excellent. Lost a star because the mobile app needs work needs work. Would still recommend.

Looking to switch away from Simphony. credit card processing failures happens weekly. split check feature is okay but not worth the hassle.
