Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in online ordering integration. Still working out some kinks with hardware is a bit pricey.

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. kitchen display system is good. payment terminal disconnects makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Overall very happy with Simphony. The happy hour pricing works great. Knocked off one star because setup took longer than expected, but nothing major.

Avoid at all costs

Do not buy. credit card processing failures crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
