Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Shift4 SkyTab handles transactions fine but login issues for staff is a real problem.

Exceeded expectations

Hands down the best POS for pizzeria. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Shift4 SkyTab. Much better fit for our needs.

Reliable and functional

We've been on Shift4 SkyTab for 20 months. Does everything we need. menu customization is great, wish the the mobile app needs work was better.

Happy with our purchase. Shift4 SkyTab runs our pizzeria smoothly. The reservation system took some getting used to but works well now.

Save yourself the trouble. Shift4 SkyTab has potential but credit card processing failures and poor support make it not worth it.

Avoid at all costs

Do not buy. payment terminal disconnects crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
