Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in split check feature. Still working out some kinks with reporting could be more detailed.

Excellent POS system!

Our accountant loves the online ordering integration. Our staff loves the interface. I love not dealing with POS headaches anymore.

Mostly satisfied

We've been on Shift4 SkyTab for 8 months. Does everything we need. reservation system is great, wish the the learning curve was steep was better.

It's okay

Mixed feelings about Shift4 SkyTab. The online ordering integration is great but we've had issues with credit card processing failures. Support helped eventually.

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. inventory tracking is good. payment terminal disconnects makes me hesitant to fully recommend.
