Mixed feelings

We use Shift4 SkyTab for our bistro. happy hour pricing is useful. However, system crashes during peak hours has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Reliable and straightforward. Not the flashiest POS but split check feature and mobile ordering work exactly as advertised.

Average POS system. Does the basics fine. staff scheduling works well but login issues for staff has been frustrating. Considering options.

Looking to switch away from Shift4 SkyTab. login issues for staff happens weekly. table management is okay but not worth the hassle.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid Shift4 SkyTab. printer connectivity problems from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.

Great system with minor issues

Four months in and Shift4 SkyTab is working well. Staff trained quickly on the happy hour pricing. Wish reporting could be more detailed was included.
