One star is generous. inventory sync issues between locations every single day. Going back to our old system.

Functional but underwhelming. employee management sold us on Rosy Salon Software but the reality of slow transaction processing wasn't mentioned in sales.

Complete waste of money

Avoid Rosy Salon Software. inventory sync issues between locations from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.
