Can't recommend. We liked the employee management demo but real-world performance is poor. data loss after updates constantly.

Complete waste of money

Do not buy. printer connectivity problems crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Retail Pro handles transactions fine but payment terminal disconnects is a real problem.

Middle of the road. Retail Pro works for basic smoke shop needs. If you need advanced stock alerts, look elsewhere.
