We use Retail Pro for our boutique. employee management is useful. However, inventory sync issues between locations has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Retail Pro handles our hardware store well. multi-location sync is a highlight.

It works, but that's about it. stock alerts is decent. We expected more from time clock based on the demos.

Does what it promises. The gift card system is particularly useful for our bookstore. Minor gripes but overall satisfied.

Don't make our mistake

Do not buy. printer connectivity problems crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
