We use Retail Pro for our convenience store. gift card system is useful. However, inventory sync issues between locations has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Overall very happy with Retail Pro. The employee management works great. Knocked off one star because integration options are limited, but nothing major.

Good POS, room to improve

Solid POS system. employee management is excellent, commission tracking could use some improvement. Still recommend for smoke shop.

Hands down the best POS for clothing store. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Retail Pro. Much better fit for our needs.

Worst POS ever

Avoid Retail Pro. login issues for staff from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.
