Mixed feelings

Functional but underwhelming. multi-location sync sold us on Retail Pro but the reality of credit card processing failures wasn't mentioned in sales.

Two stars because it occasionally works. inventory sync issues between locations is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Worst POS ever

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. printer connectivity problems is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Can't recommend. We liked the purchase orders demo but real-world performance is poor. payment terminal disconnects constantly.

Four months in and Retail Pro is working well. Staff trained quickly on the purchase orders. Wish the mobile app needs work was included.
