Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Rain POS handles our bookstore well. stock alerts is a highlight.

Two stars because it occasionally works. printer connectivity problems is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Save yourself the trouble. Rain POS has potential but reports showing incorrect data and poor support make it not worth it.
