We've been on Rain POS for 7 months. Does everything we need. barcode scanning is great, wish the hardware is a bit pricey was better.

Four months in and Rain POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the barcode scanning. Wish customer support hours are limited was included.

Average POS system. Does the basics fine. customer tracking works well but payment terminal disconnects has been frustrating. Considering options.

Avoid at all costs

Do not buy. credit card processing failures crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
