Some pros, some cons

We use QuickBooks POS for our grocery store. stock alerts is useful. However, login issues for staff has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Avoid at all costs

Worst POS decision we made. integration failures with third-party apps constantly. The stock alerts they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.

Good value for money

Good POS for the price. returns processing is excellent. Lost a star because the learning curve was steep needs work. Would still recommend.

Worst POS ever

Do not buy. login issues for staff crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.

Solid POS system. inventory management is excellent, commission tracking could use some improvement. Still recommend for convenience store.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. QuickBooks POS handles transactions fine but payment terminal disconnects is a real problem.

Looking to switch away from QuickBooks POS. payment terminal disconnects happens weekly. gift card system is okay but not worth the hassle.
