Great system with minor issues

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in returns processing. Still working out some kinks with the learning curve was steep.

Good value for money

Four months in and QuickBooks POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the multi-location sync. Wish some features require add-ons was included.

It's okay

Mixed feelings about QuickBooks POS. The purchase orders is great but we've had issues with login issues for staff. Support helped eventually.

Frustrating experience

Two stars because it occasionally works. printer connectivity problems is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Disappointed

Regret switching to QuickBooks POS. The layaway feature looked great but login issues for staff has made daily operations difficult.

Exceeded expectations

Third POS system we've tried. Finally found the right one with QuickBooks POS. The purchase orders alone was worth the switch.

Great gift card system, decent e-commerce integration. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a grocery store.
