We've been on Qu for 13 months. Does everything we need. inventory tracking is great, wish the customer support hours are limited was better.

Four months in and Qu is working well. Staff trained quickly on the online ordering integration. Wish receipt customization is basic was included.

Avoid Qu. credit card processing failures from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.

Can't recommend. We liked the staff scheduling demo but real-world performance is poor. printer connectivity problems constantly.
