Not as advertised

Regret switching to Poynt. The stock alerts looked great but payment terminal disconnects has made daily operations difficult.

Save yourself the trouble. Poynt has potential but system crashes during peak hours and poor support make it not worth it.

Excellent POS system!

We run a busy sporting goods store and Poynt handles everything we throw at it. Weekend rushes, happy hours, you name it. Solid system.

Terrible experience

Do not buy. login issues for staff crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
