We've been on Poynt for 12 months. Does everything we need. barcode scanning is great, wish the customer support hours are limited was better.

Overall very happy with Poynt. The layaway feature works great. Knocked off one star because offline mode is limited, but nothing major.

Can't recommend. We liked the returns processing demo but real-world performance is poor. inventory sync issues between locations constantly.
