Functional but underwhelming. multi-location sync sold us on Poynt but the reality of data loss after updates wasn't mentioned in sales.

Great employee management, decent matrix inventory. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a convenience store.

Middle of the road. Poynt works for basic hardware store needs. If you need advanced layaway feature, look elsewhere.

We've been on Poynt for 9 months. Does everything we need. layaway feature is great, wish the receipt customization is basic was better.
