Great system with minor issues

Reliable and straightforward. Not the flashiest POS but online ordering integration and real-time reporting work exactly as advertised.

Good system, good support. The kitchen display system is what sold us. Would love to see better the learning curve was steep in future updates.

Good POS, room to improve

Overall very happy with POSitouch. The tip management works great. Knocked off one star because customer support hours are limited, but nothing major.

Can't recommend. We liked the split check feature demo but real-world performance is poor. integration failures with third-party apps constantly.
