Looking for alternatives

Looking to switch away from POSitouch. system crashes during peak hours happens weekly. split check feature is okay but not worth the hassle.

- Reporting could be more detailed
- Some features require add-ons
- Reports showing incorrect data

Coming from an old-school register, POSitouch was a game changer. Easy setup, great training, and the table management is fantastic.

Great staff scheduling, decent modifier handling. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a bar.

Two stars because it occasionally works. printer connectivity problems is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

One star is generous. system crashes during peak hours every single day. Going back to our old system.
