Not bad, not great

We use POSitouch for our taco shop. menu customization is useful. However, payment terminal disconnects has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Switched from Aloha to POSitouch last year. Best decision we made. tip management and modifier handling have streamlined our entire operation.

Good system, good support. The reservation system is what sold us. Would love to see better hardware is a bit pricey in future updates.

Overall very happy with POSitouch. The tip management works great. Knocked off one star because offline mode is limited, but nothing major.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. POSitouch handles transactions fine but reports showing incorrect data is a real problem.

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. inventory tracking is good. inventory sync issues between locations makes me hesitant to fully recommend.
