Two stars because it occasionally works. slow transaction processing is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Happy with POSitouch

Solid POS system. staff scheduling is excellent, waitlist management could use some improvement. Still recommend for bakery.

Looking to switch away from POSitouch. system crashes during peak hours happens weekly. online ordering integration is okay but not worth the hassle.
