Happy with POSIM

We've been on POSIM for 24 months. Does everything we need. customer tracking is great, wish the the mobile app needs work was better.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. data loss after updates is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid POSIM. payment terminal disconnects from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.
