Solid choice overall

Overall very happy with POSIM. The barcode scanning works great. Knocked off one star because hardware is a bit pricey, but nothing major.

Decent but frustrating

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. inventory management is good. reports showing incorrect data makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Exceeded expectations

Can't recommend. We liked the customer tracking demo but real-world performance is poor. credit card processing failures constantly.

Room for improvement

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. POSIM handles transactions fine but payment terminal disconnects is a real problem.
