Reliable and functional

Overall very happy with POSIM. The barcode scanning works great. Knocked off one star because hardware is a bit pricey, but nothing major.

Does the job well

We've been on POSIM for 22 months. Does everything we need. customer tracking is great, wish the the learning curve was steep was better.

Disappointed

Save yourself the trouble. POSIM has potential but system crashes during peak hours and poor support make it not worth it.

Average POS system. Does the basics fine. gift card system works well but slow transaction processing has been frustrating. Considering options.

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in purchase orders. Still working out some kinks with reporting could be more detailed.
