Solid POS system. inventory tracking is excellent, guest profiles could use some improvement. Still recommend for coffee shop.

Good POS, room to improve

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, PayPal Zettle handles our fine dining establishment well. happy hour pricing is a highlight.

Highly recommend PayPal Zettle

Been using PayPal Zettle for 12 months now and couldn't be happier. The table management is exactly what we needed. Staff picked it up in no time.

Two stars because it occasionally works. login issues for staff is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

It works, but that's about it. kitchen display system is decent. We expected more from loyalty program based on the demos.

Worth every penny

Hands down the best POS for coffee shop. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on PayPal Zettle. Much better fit for our needs.
