Reliable and functional

We've been on PayPal Zettle for 23 months. Does everything we need. menu customization is great, wish the integration options are limited was better.

Room for improvement

Mixed feelings about PayPal Zettle. The online ordering integration is great but we've had issues with system crashes during peak hours. Support helped eventually.
