Great employee management, decent sales analytics. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a bookstore.

Great system with minor issues

Overall very happy with Paychex. The gift card system works great. Knocked off one star because the learning curve was steep, but nothing major.

The stock alerts feature alone pays for itself. Add in e-commerce integration and it's a no-brainer for any bookstore.

Average experience

Functional but underwhelming. customer tracking sold us on Paychex but the reality of inventory sync issues between locations wasn't mentioned in sales.

Save yourself the trouble. Paychex has potential but login issues for staff and poor support make it not worth it.
