Happy with Paychex

We've been on Paychex for 18 months. Does everything we need. layaway feature is great, wish the the mobile app needs work was better.

Recommended with caveats

Overall very happy with Paychex. The stock alerts works great. Knocked off one star because integration options are limited, but nothing major.

Not as advertised

Disappointing experience with Paychex. The inventory management rarely works as advertised. data loss after updates has cost us customers.

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. login issues for staff is apparently a known issue they won't fix.
